Loon Property Group, LLC (“Loon,” “we,” “us”) runs this website and a separate tenant and owner portal at portal.livewithloon.com. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect on this website
- Contact form. If you use our contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the type of inquiry, and your message. The form sends them to us by email.
- Email and calls. If you email or call us, we keep the message or a note of the conversation so we can follow up.
- Newsletter. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we keep your email address and the page you signed up on. We store it with our email service provider, Mailchimp, and use it only to send you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter, by replying to any email from us, or by writing to inquiry@livewithloon.com.
- Server logs. Our web host keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, to provide property management services you ask for, and to keep the website and portal secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This public website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics, and its fonts are served from our own server rather than a font service. The tenant and owner portal may use cookies that keep you signed in. If we add analytics or similar tools to this website in the future, we will update this page.
Tenant and owner portal
Information you or we enter in the portal, such as lease documents, rent records, maintenance requests, and messages, is used to manage your tenancy or your property. Please keep your login private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to do our work: with the providers that host our website, email, and portal and the email service (Mailchimp) that delivers our newsletter; with contractors we dispatch for maintenance (limited to what they need to do the job); and with others when the law requires it.
Links to other sites
This website links to other sites, including our Facebook page and our sister business Local Energy. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete information you sent us by emailing inquiry@livewithloon.com. We may need to keep some records, such as lease and payment records, where the law or a lease requires it.
Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
